      The Ethical issues in finance is the implication of ethical                  behavior based on the principles of seeking lead to a                        professional approach and financial institution as well as at              their executive leaders and their employees. The ethical issues          in finance are misappropriate of assets,disclosure                              violations,accuracy,transparency.

       The unethical practices in accounting are more in proprietary,          partnership and Private Limited companies. It is at lower level          in private limited companies and multinational companies. It            refers to the business and industry which need money and the          requirement of fund may be long-term, medium-term and                short-term.
